Memoryscapes

MemoryScapes is the first platform dedicated to the rediscovery of Italian private heritage in reduced format, and is the result of a long work of research, selection and digitization of films shot between 1920 and 1980. This heritage is preserved largely by Home Movies in its National Family Film Archive.

MemoryScapes allows you to search in a simple and targeted way among all these memories, to discover how society, landscapes and everyday life of Italian people change throughout the twentieth century

Inmagik took care of the implementation of the platform, starting from the creation of the database; the backoffice had been designed to allow an easy upload of all the videos and the frontend aims at the optimization of the media in order to make watching the many videos on the platform as fluid as possible.
